I ordered this from shopmaxwell.com and it showed up just like I expected . The size , color , and details all matched the listing , so there were no weird surprises when I opened it . That is the main thing I care about , so I am happy with it .

The box felt sturdy, the item wasn’t sliding around inside, and everything arrived without dents or scratches. They used enough padding to protect it, but it didn’t feel wasteful either. If you’re someone who worries about stuff getting banged up during shipping, I’d say they did a careful job here.

I ended up returning an item because it wasn’t really what I thought I was getting and didn’t fit what I needed. I’ll admit I expected the refund to be a bit quicker, so I was a little unsure at first when nothing happened right away. Customer support did get back to me though and explained where things stood.

After they received the item, it still took a few days for the money to show up, and I did have to check in once. So it wasn’t exactly as smooth as I’d hoped, but it also wasn’t a bad experience. In the end, the refund came through and they handled it fairly...

For the price, I’m happy with it overall. It does what I needed it to do, so I can’t complain too much. That said, it’s not exactly amazing and there are a few little things that feel a bit cheap, but I guess that’s kind of expected at this price point...
